Antique Art Nouveau Enameled Sterling Flower Waterlily Pin Brooch. Dating to about 1910, this enameled beauty was manfuactured by the Watson Newell Company of Attleboro, Mass. It is a stylized floral depiction of a white water lily amidst leaves of green. The enameling is exquisite showing many gradations of color from pearly white to lavender to shades of green and yellow. The brooch is made of sterling silver and the back is marked with the company's trademark, and the words GENUINE CLOISONNE and STERLING. It is a very wearable size at 1-3/16 inches wide by 5/8 of an inch tall. Overall condition is very good. Under magnification small surface flaws can be seen but these do not affect its appearance when worn.
