This is such a neat appliance!!
It's an old popcorn maker! This piece is chrome plated with wood handles and a wood knob finial. The wood parts are all original to the piece and are painted black. It is electric and still works! We plugged it in and it heated up! We didn't actually try to pop popcorn in it, but it was heating up and ready to go.
Condition is used, but no chips , cracks or repairs. It stands on 4 tiny rubber feet. Chrome is in excellent shape, and so is the glass lid. The frame is approx 8 inches square and the area for the popcorn is circular and measures approx 6.75 inches in diameter. The knob is used to stir the popcorn - it has an attachment that stirs the contents inside the popper.
This is really cool! It's vintage, with an art deco style.
