Circa 1915 this is a Cobalt Blue Carnival Bowl. It has amazing irridescence - green, gold, maroon on both interior & exterior. There is an embossed Floral decoration (Dogwood & Marsh Lily) surrounded by a scaled band along the ruffled rim. It is approximately 11” (W), 4” (H) and has 3 scrolled feet supporting the bowl beneath. Condition is excellent with some wear to carnival application on outer rim area but very little & not really noticeable. The exterior irridescence is perfect as well. Glass is without chips or cracks. (206)
