Circa 1957 - 1982 the Fostoria Coin pattern is based on a much earlier U.S. Coin glass pattern. The Amber huricane coach lamp has an opalescent Amber shade that adds a lot of desirability to this set. The coins are on 4 panels and alternate between the Liberty Bell and Eagle. There are actually 8 panels and 4 are plain. This lamp also has original paper labels on both shade and font as well as one on the base identifying the huricane as pattern #1372/320. The lamp with shade is 13-1/2" (H), 3-1/4" (W) at the opening of shade and 3" (W) at the shades base. The font is perfect & probably never used based on the clean wick, lack of oil smell and intact paper labels. The base is 7" (H) with the font and 5" (W) at widest part of font. Condition is excellent without chips, cracks or internal oil staining.
