Circa 1906 this U.S. Glass Palm Beach pattern is Blue Opalescent and embossed/decorated with Grapes, Leaves & Vines. The pitcher is primarily Opalescent at the top 1.5” of the rim & handle & the decoration - while the rest is a light & clear Blue. The base is flat (not footed) with a slight rim encircling the bottom below the bowl. The rim has a 1/2” flat finger nail size chip above, but not below the bottom/base rim. This pattern is hard-to-find and based on the age is in great shape. The pitcher is 7” (H) at the lip/spout, 6” (W) from the lip to the opposite rim and 5” (W) at the flat round base. Other than the flat chip along the rim a the foot the condition is good without any other chips, cracks, repairs or internal staining. Each tumbler is 4” (H), 3” (W) at the rim and 2.5” (W) at the flat hand polished base. All have decoration at the flat foot, minor nicks along the base from use, but otherwise in good condition without any rim chips, cracks or repairs - so nothing to keep from use. The only noticeable thing is the opalescent & color variations between these tumblers, but just to have them and the striking pitcher is a plus. (176)
