Circa 1949 - 1950’s this Statuesque Sea Shell line compote has a female nude figurine holding a large sea shell shaped compote. It has gold decoration around the rim, foot, round base & hair of nude as well as on top of the compote outlining the Charleton Roses decoration. The gold in some areas where it was handled shows wear, but the Roses decoration is intact. It is approximately 7-3/4” (H), 7-1/4” (W) at the rim and 4-1/4” (W) at the round foot. The Charleton label beneath the foot is intact. The glass is mint without chips or cracks. (D-120)
