Circa 1936 - 1958 this syrup is one of the harder to find pieces in any pattern. Probably since it wasn't a necessity in the home, but nice to have. This syrup container holds 9.5 ounces and is part of the #1670 line - flat not footed and straight sided. It is 4-5/8" (H) with lid, 2" (W) at the rim and 2-7/8" (W) at the flat foot. The polished rim has a small chip that fortunately neither interferes with securing the lid nor is it visible when in place. The rim is hand polished. The base is blown and survived regular use with only the one chip under the lid. So condition is good without any other chips, cracks or internal staining.
