Circa 1950 this Crystal decanter has a beautiful hand painted Charleton like decoration with flowers, leaves & stems resembling Dogwood or Wild Rose flowers. It has what looks like a signature and my best guess is Sylvia. The decanter is 12" (H) with stopper, 1" (W) at the rim and 3" (W) at the round foot. Condition is great without chips, cracks or wear to the enameled decoration. There is very light staining at the bottom but otherwise great shape. This is a cordial decanter and basically holds only 7-1/2 ounces.
