Circa mid-1930's featured is a hard-to-find complete Rose Point Stackaway 5 piece ashtray set. This set is the #1715 Pristine blank and could be used as individual ashtrays and when flipped over could serve as single candleholders. I am not sure of the exact production timing of these, but Rose Point was Cambridge's most popular etching and was introduced in the mid 1930's. The set consists of a metal footed stand with a slender metal rod over which the four drilled ashtrays slide. The cupped ashtrays are securely stacked on top of each other (see picture). Each ashtray measures 3-1/2" (W) and approximately 1" (H). The stand is 6" (H) and 2-3/4" (W) at the foot.
