Circa 1940 - 1957 featured is a bowling pin shaped Crystal decanter with a tear drop shaped stopper. The decanter was manufactured by the Heisey Glass Co. and etched with Heisey's #507 Orchid design. Certainly the most elegant of all Heisey etchings, this was a very popular wedding etch and pattern for many brides during the 40's and 50's and is still sought today. This decanter is 11" (H), 3.5" W) at the widest part and approximately 1" (W) at the opening and 2.5" (W) at the foot/base. This decanter is clear and clean without chips or cracks and only a small bubble at the base of the stopper that fits into the decanter. You will not be disappointed in this exceptional piece of Heisey.
