Circa 1940, the featured pair of Heisey Glass Company Orchid etched candlesticks are part of one of the most important etched wedding patterns produced by Heisey during the 1940's and 1950's. These Trident style candlesticks (like the trident used by Poseidon) are 2-lite candle holders and are part of Heisey's No. 134 pattern circa 1930 - 1957. These measure approximately 6-1/2" (W) from candle cups, 5-1/2" (H) and 5-1/2" (W) at the round foot. Condition is excellent without chips or cracks and little or no scratches under the round feet. These are a great example of Heisey's glass making quality - both the clarity of the glass and detail of the orchid etching.
