Circa 1937 - 1938 this short-lived pattern by Tiffin is similar to Heisey's Ridgeleigh pattern with vertical almost serrated lines of embossed/molded glass alternating with clear/plain panels. The vertical lines have a cascading affect like water which make this pattern unique but susceptible to chipping & wear. Although the bowl is in excellent shape - it does have a few light scratches on the interior and a couple of tiny nicks on the hand-polished flat foot. Otherwise it is in great shape. It is 3-1/4" (H), 14" (L) x 8-1/2" (W) and the foot is 7" (L) x 3-3/4" (W). The hand-polished base is 1/2" (W) all the way around the base.
