Featured is an unusual Heisey Glass Company number 180 handled basket with the Daisy & Leaves cutting. Circa 1917 - 1923 the bowl of the basket measures 7.5" wide and 3.5" high to the top of the bowl and 10" high to the top of the handle. The cutting includes daisies and leaves in a chain horizontally surrounding the bowl and vertical stripes running from the rim of the basket to just above the daisy chain in alternating long and short stripes. Even the handle has a leaf cutting running along the outside of it from one side to the other where it attaches to the bowl. Condition is excellent without chips, cracks or repairs. This piece is not marked, but featured in the Heisey reference books with this cutting.
