Artistically and Flawlessly rendered in clear and splendid color, each minute detail displays a genteel beauty in a gem like painting set within a SEVRES pink luster cartouche and decorated with swirling and raised gilt flourishes... Bio. S (Seymour) Hall, ( 1891- 1952) was an important artist and decorator, His work included Floral, Landscape, Seascape and Game Bird subjects. A distinguished ceramic artist, he was one of the principal artists at Royal Doulton, and was one of the artist assembled by John Slater of Royal Doulton as his successor.
