Wheelock was a family operated businesses who imported European ceramic and porcelain souvenir sales. They became the largest U.S. importer of the 19th century. It began with the father, W.G. Wheelock, who sold china at his store based in Indiana, U.S., long before the civil war, and business expanded with the work of his three sons Charles, George and Arthur in Wisconsin and Illinois.
The brothers enjoyed a long stint of imported European souvenir sales that ended around 1914 before WW1.
