RARE --1930s Effanbee SUGAR BABY 20" Composition Doll in original Romper

This is a wonderful 20" Effanbee SUGAR Baby composition and cloth doll from the 1930's. She comes little to NO CRAZING dressed in her original romper and added socks and shoes.

This FABULOUS doll is in excellent condition with NO restoration and little to no crazing.

SUGAR BABY wears her original blue cotton romper --  fresh, clean and unfaded.

Her outfit is complete with replaced socks and white oilcloth moccasins.

Sugar Baby is a TOUSLE TOT (tousle head -- caracul lambskin wig) with composition head and limbs  The cloth body is clean and still very nice after all these decades past.

Her face is VIBRANT with beautiful BROWN EYES that sparkle with good cheer and, of course, LOVE as she gazes up at you, and raises her arms to be picked up and hugged. She retains her original multi-stroke brows and painted lashes. Her glassene eyes are clear and lovely; she has a full complement of thick, brush lashes; her eyes open and close perfectly.

INCLUDED is her original metal heart Effanbee wrist bracelet, AND celluloid TOY.
