A 19th century French faux bamboo hall tree, or coat rack, made of cherry wood with turned spindles and decorative finials. Original beveled mirror with silvered patina. Five brass hooks, each with two turned wood pegs surround the mirror. Rack for for holding umbrellas and walking canes. Paneled base with decorative details. Zinc drip tray is missing. Free standing, but should be fastened to the wall to support the weight of coats and hats. Circa 1880-1900. 82"H x 27.5"W x 8.5"D
