Superb archive of anonymous trained professional photographers high quality silver prints. The subject matter consists of southern mangrove forest & swamps, Spanish oak trees, graveyards and abandoned churches. There are also photographs of western scenery, Gothic cathedrals and photographs of sea side villages. The scope of the photography is brilliant, well-executed and striking in all visual and professional aspects in the B & W style of Ansel Adams. This archive was purchased in a storage unit sale without any identification as to the owner or photographer. There are 42 photographs in all with twenty-two being 11 x 14 in size, seven 16 x 20 photographs in addition to eleven 8 x 10 examples. There is one 7 x 9 matted print. My poor photographs in these listing do these images absolutely no justice whatsoever. They prints are primed for framing and display. I’m hoping someone will identify the photographer as this unknown deserves recognition.
