Where's The Beef? 1895 Buffalo Butchers Barbecue & RacesWhere's The Beef? 1895 Buffalo Butchers Barbecue & Races

Super original 11 x 14" inch Albumen photograph dated September 11th 1895 showing the Klinck Brothers of Buffalo,New York advertising the Grand Barbecue & Races at the Buffalo Driving Park. I guess those wild & crazy Klinck Brothers are going to be racing the wagon shown with the Black Angus steer as passenger. So I would assume they do not need a "steering wheel"? What a wickedly good barbecue this had to be with enough red meat to clog every artery in the state of New York. Certainly one of the best advertising photographs I have owned.
