This instant coffee container is in the shape of a little brown pitcher. It has Instant coffee written on it in light yellow writing. There is a white line going around the top and bottom of the small little pot. It stands 5 ½ inches tall and has a handle on the right side with a hole in it that holds a white shallow plastic handle spoon. The cover has a cork insert in the cover to make it air tight. I would imagine it once held a small jar of coffee. The inside of this ceramic piece once did hold coffee because you can still smell the scent of the grounds. The bottom has a gold label that reads Norleans Japan and it also has the word Japan embedded in the ceramic base. This is just a nice little useful container from the past that is just darling and has so much vintage character.
