The piece has what appear to be handpainted gold flowers in various sizes. The neck has leaves extending up the lower part of the neck off of two of the flowers. The handle is green glass with a gold band going down the flat part of the handle. The lower part of the bottle is 11 ½ inch tall and 13 ½ inches with the stopper. The lower part of the decanter is bulbous in design. The shipping weight is 3 pounds. This piece has no marks on it for identification. The base is 3 inches wide and has gold on the edge. The bottle shows slight wear on the gold but it does not deter from its exceptional beauty.
