Here is a unique mid-1800s, early 1900s Sarreguemines French Majolica double-sided bowl in deep cobalt blue with gilded-gold bow handle. Each side bowl has yellow interior with a delicate handpainted gilded-gold branch on the outer sides. The flowers are liken-to dogwood, each blossom petal a shiny metallic-silver with raised dots within. The piece measures 9 inches long by 4 ½ inches high. The bowls are oval in shape and measure 4 by 3 ¾ inches in diameter. The piece is very different and quite attractive dating to 1835-early 1900. Identification marks can be found on the bottom.
