Both handles are secure. Unlike most of these type molds, the top and bottom pieces of this mold slip apart quite easily while fitting neatly together. Outer color and finish is an aged mottled tin; interior is same with some signs of mild rust, which is hard to avoid with these aged-old molds. Bottom is a smooth gray color.
