Offered here is a manually stamped (1880s) or possibly machine punched (1900-1930) Horse Brass Bust of Queen Victoria. It measures 4 ¾/5 inches high by 3 ¼ inches across the bottom. It is English and is in age-related condition. A horse brass is a decorative medallion attached to horse harness tack (Martingales or straps) for shire and parade horses. They were quite popular in England during mid-19th century. They remain a collector’s item today. Sales tax must be collected for buyers living in or picking up in New York State. Local tax rate applies.
