If you like Jello and want to make it more interesting, then this Tin Fish Mold will do it. It is a vintage piece, probably early 1900s, but it is clean and usable, or it would look neat hanging on a wall. It measures 10 ¼ inches long by 3 ¾ inches wide by 2 ¼ inches deep. On the outside of the tail is a bracket or stand. This is so, that when filled with liquid it levels out the front end so it doesn’t tip over. The fish mold is actually in good age-related condition with only a few minor rust spots. This might deter some from using the mold, but back in the 1800s and later, think of all the cookies that came out of rusty old tin cookie cutters. A light scrubbing and a good oiling can take care of those problem areas. These molds are also used for mousse and other gelatin salads. It’s a pretty nice one. I like it. Sales tax for all states that require it must be added and is calculated on purchase price including shipping and handling.
