County Fair Plum Pattern Dessert/Salad Plate by Blue Ridge Southern Potteries
Offered here is one of eight different Blue Ridge Southern Potteries, County Fair pattern Dessert/Salad plates given in 1941 by the Avon Perfume Co. to their salespeople. The set consisted of 8 different fruit designs. In 1942, the sets were sold in retail shops. This plate has a hand painted design of Purple Plums on white Colonial blank with green rim edge and measures 8-1/2" in diameter. The plate is clean with shiny glaze and in good (like-new) usable condition; there are no chips. This pattern works amazingly well and sets a lovely table when mixed with other Blue Ridge Southern Potteries dinnerware designs. Check our store for 6 other different designs from this set. Each plate is back stamped Blue Ride Southern Potteries. Sales tax must be collected for buyers living in or picking up in New York State. Local tax rate applies.
