Copeland Spode Rosebud Chintz Service for 6 Plus the Teapot, Cream and Sugar, Vegetable, Platter.
Along with 6 each of the dinner plates the bread and butter plates and the sauce bowls. I also have 6 cups and saucers but only 5 are in good condition. I will, of course, include the cup and saucer set that is 'as is' if you would like it. I have included it in the item count but I have not included it in the price.
This sweet pattern of red vine and pink flowers with cream colored porcelain was made from the mid 1950's until the early 1970's and was a favorite of many collectors. It was, until recently, a little pricey but I have noticed that now the prices are more affordable. It's a cheery set to use for breakfast! In the 1960's my mother used a similar pattern in her kitchen and I always loved it...very inviting in the morning for breakfast or for a nice ladies luncheon.
All pieces are in very good vintage condition except for one cup as I have already mentioned. I didn't notice any chips and there are absolutely no cracks. There may be slight surface scratching from utensils.
Dinner 10 1/2".
B&B 6 1/4".
Sauce 5 1/4".
Veg Bowl 10 1/2".
Cup is the lower mold size that was made.
Sugar bowl is the larger one made in this pattern.
