Postally used and bearing post marks from Valkenburg 1957 and Buenkorf stamped 15 ct. and has deckled edges. There may have been an actual postal stamp but it has been removed it seems. The neat handwriting is probably Dutch or German. There is also some childish looking pencil writing on the upper corner on the back.

The scene on the front is one of mothers, "nurses" or nannies with children in the park. Of course they are all cats playing the part of people. Printed in Belgium and in good vintage condition.
