Schuco Texi 5735 Extra Rare Dalli Man German Toy Car Mid Century

Schuco Dalli Man Version of Texi 5735, this is an extra rare model from the 1960s. The car is a Alpha Romeo Spider 2000 and is fresh out of my husband's toy box! He hasn't taken it out to play with it for years...so I figure, out of sight out of mind...so I'm selling it! Actually, he wants to buy a piece of stereo equipment so he said to sell his toys. This item is listed "as is".

As you can see in my pics this car is bright red tin with litho interior. It is key wind, has a remote control, it's 10" long, has the original box and booklet, and it is in excellent working condition. I'm sorry to say this poor little guy has one flaw...someone (guess who) has broken the brim off his little green hat. My husband bought a lot of toys when he was stationed in Germany right when the Berlin wall went up. This is one of them. When I told him what the price would be if it were perfect he almost cried!
