One of a series of vintage topographical Swiss maps, Vevey is a town in Switzerland in the canton Vaud, on the north shore of Lake Geneva. It is part of the French-speaking area of Switzerland, and is also the home to the world headquarters of the food giant Nestlé, which was founded here in 1867.
Last printed in 1933 (the original printing was in1889). This map features primarily the city of Vevey and it’s adjacent towns.
It’s in Very Good Condition, still has it’s original blue cover. It’s an eight-section map, folds to 4-1/2" by 6-3/4", and opens to a full 13-1/2" by 17-1/4".
Interesting and fun collectible for a Nestlé Company employee, or anyone who has ties to this Swiss city.
