Here's a lovely little doll house living room in the smaller (and harder to find) 3/4" scale. The set includes a grand piano, settee, chair, octagonal table and a console radio. These same 5 pieces are shown as a boxed set on page 88 of Dian Zillner's; "International Dollhouses & Accessories".
Ms Zillner dates the set to 1936 and the style is indicative of the Art Deco or Early Modern eras with low seats and sleek curved arms on settee and chair, higher center table and a large console radio. Made of light wood with glued construction and a medium brown finish accented with lighter colored edges. All are simply made of 1/8" thick pieces of wood. The keyboard is applied paper and the radio features large round wooden dials.
The settee and chair are both 2 1/4" tall and 1 3/4" deep and the settee is 4" long. The table and piano are about the same height at 2" and the taller radio is 2 7/8". More dimensions will be gladly provided. The chair is shown in the last picture with both 3/4" and 1" scale chairs for size comparison.
All pieces are in very nice condition with no breaks or repairs other than possible re-glues here and there. All sit squarely with no wobbles or misalignments.
