Rare to find old French pipe clay statue of beloved Saint Anthony and the Infant Jesus. This statue is 13 & 1/4" tall and in overall good condition. There is a small chunk gone on the base lower edge and both sides of the lower cloak, see photos. There are tiny dings overall, typical of the pipe clay, which is lustrous but soft. The facial details are wonderful, and there is a nice age patina to this lovely piece, plus old dust, as we have never cleaned this figurine at all. It is rare to find these old French statue of pipe clay at all, and this one is better than usual condition.
