This Sterling Silver Hawaiian Pineapple is another Estate Sale find from the well traveled Octogenarian that I have spoken of in other listings here in my shop.
It's tiny enough to be on a charm bracelet, just 4/8” long and slightly over 1/8” wide. However it and the accompanying Sterling State Identification Tag that says “Hawaii” will come to you on a Sterling Silver Box Chain (the chain length is 9” closed and 18” open).
Crafted by CREA and stamped on the bottom of the pineapple and also on the (fish? Island? Not sure what the tag represents) with the makers mark and the word STER(which is short for Sterling) it is a wonderful example of a real pineapple. From the fine detailing of the leaves to the sparkling cuts that create its knobby exterior, it is wonderfully executed.
A perfect friendship gift or a young ladies first good necklace, there are many reasons to own and give this necklace.
Condition of this dainty necklace is Exceptional Vintage, I can find nothing to report to you that would detract from its appearance.
However don't just take my word for this, see it for yourself and if you aren't pleased with your purchase all items in my shop can be returned, with your item price fully refunded. You can see more on this in my “Terms of Sale” listed under the drop down boxes here on the page.
FYI: A Fun Fact
While the Pineapple is not native to Hawaii, it has been grown there since 1813. James Drummond Dole, planted his first plantation of pineapples for commercial export in 1901.
My Jewelry comes boxed and in a lovely presentation bag worthy of even the most discerning customer, because your treasure deserves nothing less.
