This is a very nice two handled bowl in the very popular and distinctive Candlewick Pattern. It can be used for side salads, soup, or as a small serving dish. It was made by the Imperial Glass Company of Ohio. The bowl is beaded all the way around the diameter and the handles. Imperial Candlewick #400/52B
The condition is very good. There are no chips, scratches or stains.
It measures approximately 7” in diameter, 8 3/8” handle to handle and 1 7/8” deep.
Candlewick crystal was made by the Imperial Glass Corporation, a division of Lenox Inc. Bellaire, Ohio. Candlewick was first made during 1936. During its years of production more than 741 items were designed in this pattern. Imperial closed its doors September, 1982. Up until that time Candlewick was still being produced.
