This is an 8” bon bon or serving tray in the very popular and distinctive Candlewick Pattern. It was made by the Imperial Glass Company of Ohio. The plate is beaded all the way around the diameter and has a heart shaped center handle. It can be used to serve cookies, candies or appetizers. Imperial Candlewick # 400/222
The condition is good. There are a few scratches from use, storage and stacking. There are no chips or stains.
It measures approximately 8” in diameter.
Candlewick crystal was made by the Imperial Glass Corporation, a division of Lenox Inc. Bellaire, Ohio. Candlewick was first made during 1936. During its years of production more than 741 items were designed in this pattern. Imperial closed its doors September, 1982. Up until that time Candlewick was still being produced.
