These wonderful Time Life Foods of the World cookbooks were published by Time Life Books, New York. They are copyrighted 1968 Time Inc. They are spiral bound paperbacks with black and white text and a pictures on the covers. There are no dust jackets. They measure approximately 6" wide by 9".

The number of pages range from 96 to 104 to 112 to 120.
The condition on all of the books is good for their age and the fact that they are cookbooks. The covers are a little worn and stained. All of the pages are intact and complete. The inside pages are clean with the exception of a few pages in The Cooking of Provincial France that have stains but are completely legible.
