This is a wonderful book for children or adults. It is about friendship between a young girl whose mother was thought to be a witch and a young blind girl. A series of mysterious events involve the girls in an adventure that leads them to stolen jewels and dangerous criminals.

The book has white text on the green cover. The boards are green.
It is a hard cover in fair condition. The cover shows some wear, tears and staining. The inside of the book is in fairly good condition but there is a library stamp on the front fly leaf and a library envelope in the back.
