This is a wonderful early wood grain shovel. It is carved from one piece of wood. It has splitting on the wood which is to be expected for its age. There are some early repairs on the back in the form of metal straps for reinforcing and a metal band across the bottom. It measures approximately 36 ¼" tall and the shovel is 11" at its widest point. It has been priced for condition.
