This is a beautiful early American art glass pitcher with an applied handle. It has a pontil on the bottom. The inside of the pitcher is white glass. The outside of the pitcher is a light blue fading to a lighter blue on the bottom. The rim of the pitcher is ruffled. The applied handle has thorns.
There is a pontil mark on the bottom, but no other manufacturer's marks. It is unsigned. It measures approximately 3 ½" in diameter and 6" high. The condition is excellent. It dates to the late 1800's.
