This 1960’s slim silk tie in blue and bronze is unique and distinctive. The underlying color is cerulean blue with bronze woven into the design. The design features vertical stripes with the blue stripes as the predominant color and a subdued bronze in the alternate stripes. Small bronze colored dots in graduated sizes are interspersed along the stripes. Because of the way the tie was woven, the tie shifts in color depending on how the light hits the blade. There are no labels identifying the maker.
The tie measures 54 inches in length and is 2 ¼ inches across the tip of the blade. There is a section of the tie that has several thread pulls and shows a bit of wear but is otherwise in excellent vintage condition. It is clean with no spots, stains, holes, or scents. This is a great looking necktie, distinctive and distinguished.
