This dynamic mens choker is a study in contrasts. The design elements combine white shell heishi beads with black obsidian and black hematite rondelles. Barrel shaped obsidian beads are framed by pairs of white beads and then captured between pairs of black hematite rondelles. I completed the design with a silver-plate hook clasp with a rope design.
The choker measures 19 ½ inches in length which is a good choker length for a man, but I can change the length if you wish. Ancient peoples used obsidian to create knives and arrowheads, and in the middle ages obsidian was used as a protective talisman. It has also been considered a stone of truth. This black and white men’s necklace features simplicity of design with dynamic contrasts.
