This necklace with its shades of tangerine and orange is vibrant with color, and the bright matching earrings add the perfect touch. The beads which form this necklace are bright tangerine glass rondelles and bold-colored orange and black striped acrylic beads. I alternated the beads and separated them with small gold-plate rondelle spacers. An antiqued heart-shaped toggle with a raised beaded pattern completes the design.
The earrings are comprised of the tangerine rondelles and faceted bi-color beads of orange and black topped with golden Hogan beads. The earrings hang 1 ¾ inches from the piercing, and the necklace measures 18 ½ inches in length.
Sometimes a necklace in shades of orange and tangerine is just what is needed to compliment an outfit or brighten your day. In light of this, and at the risk of appearing perfectly ridiculous, I altered an old “knock, knock” joke to fit the occasion: Knock, knock. Who’s there? Orange. Orange who? Orange you glad you found this necklace!? :)
