This distinctive mens bracelet with its pyrite cubes, hematite beads, and gunmetal accents is bold and masculine. One face of each deep grey pyrite cube shows the crystalline structure of the mineral with the natural facets gleaming in the light. I framed each of the pyrite beads with black hematite rondelles and added square gunmetal spacer beads with geometric details to add texture. Dark serpentine beads complete the design.
The bracelet is finished with a lobster claw clasp and a short chain which allows you to change the length to the best fit for you. It has three adjustments at 7 ¾, 8 ½, and 9 ¼ inches. Pyrite is an element of both earth and fire and is yang/masculine in nature. It aids in clarity of thought and memory and increases vitality. Pyrite was considered a powerful protective stone by ancient cultures in Asia as well as by the Incas, Aztecs, and Native Americans. Among ancient cultures hematite was also believed to enhance memory and intellect, and serpentine was traditionally thought to help confront fears and restore self-confidence. These powerful qualities combine with the contemporary design of this man's bracelet to create an edgy urban-primitive look.
