Offered is an elegantly crafted early 1900s old Czech enamel art glass necklace. This striking necklace features luminous carnelian art glass beads (both round and bell shaped) accented with blue, green and black enamel. The metalwork is gilt / gold wash over brass. The enameling has geometric elements that could be construed as art deco or as Egyptian Revival. Both very appealing and desirable. The necklace is signed on a ring next to the clasp and reads "Czechoslov". The necklace measures about 18" around wearable length and hangs down 2 1/4" long at the drop. This necklace is in very good vintage condition with no damage to any of the glass. There are a few spots with enamel loss. Nothing glaring or readily noticeable. Very possibly a Neiger piece. Ready for that special spot in your collection or wardrobe!
