Necklace and earring set with overlapping graduated palettes or discs of tropical woods. This necklace set dates from the 1970's- 1980's, but looks like it has never been worn.
The necklace is 25 1/2" ; the smallest palette is 3/8" and the largest is 11/4". The necklace closes with a lobster clasp. The matching earrings are 3 1/2" long, including the ear wires.
Exotic woods from tropical areas are prized by craft men because of the wonderful variety of pattern and color. What a great way to show them off!
