Victorian antique art glass tumbler, circa 1880. It is 3 1/2" high and 2 1/2" in diameter at the top, 2 3/8" at the base. The glass has a thumbprint pattern and sprays of enameled flowers, including roses and a few wisps of white wisteria. The glass is mold- blown and hand painted.
The base has a pebbled appearance and unusual pontil mark. I find no damages and there is minimal to the painting. The upper rim has gilt trim and does show a little wear, as shown in the photos.
I have several other antique tumblers listed, as well as other fine pieces of Victorian glass.
