Set of six Early American Pattern Glass (EAPG) glass bowls, each about 4 1/4" across and 1 1/4" high. They may have been part of a fruit or compote set, or just for serving mints and candies. They would make very pretty tea light candle holders.
Each bowl has a scalloped and sawtooth edge, and incorporated the traditional hobstar, pineappIe and Roman cross motifs. I cannot identify the pattern, but it is similar to Imperial Glass or Higbee Glass of the mid to late 1800's.
As with most pressed glass, expect some internal bubbles. There are a few tiny nicks along the edge, and a few show a little wear inside from being stacked.
