1950's Morocco leather clutch purse with intricate gilded design. The clutch measures 7" x 4" when closed, and about 5/8" thick. There is a short handle, adjustable by sliding the tabs. Opening flat, we have burgundy leather with a red leather lining. There is a snap closure.

There are two partitions, one with a small side pocket for a mirror. There is also a red taffeta mirror case, lined in white, but the mirror has been lost. The interior is clean, without stains or tears.

The purse shows overall mild wear, and wear to the design, especially at the handle area. Other points of wear are to the handle itself, and three small splits along the binding edge. All these are the result of normal use.

This is an elegant little purse for your collection or for special occasions.
