Vintage tourist badges or lapel pins for Lapland or Sweden. The language is Finnish, though the badges show a man in tradition Sami or Lapland folk dress.

Pins like these would be purchased on a visit to the the area, and affixed to your hat, jacket or knapsack. Each pin is 3/4" across, metal base and acrylic top over the picture. The reverse has a screw type fastener, as shown.
