Set of 4 strawberry forks, sometimes called seafood forks, made by Whiting Sterling in the late 1800's. Each fork is 4 1/2" long, and the entire set of 4 weighs 40.3 grams. The design features a beautiful Victorian shell and flower design, Imperial Queen".
They are marked on the back of the handle; STERLING, with the older Whiting logo.
The forks are in very good vintage condition, with slight signs of use and wear. They come from a Philadelphia estate, and were surely used and well loved in the past. There are no damages or repairs. They have been lightly buffed, but we do not use abrasive or mechanical polishing methods.
